Because many of our services involve third-party financial institutions, payment networks, software providers, and hardware vendors, refund eligibility may vary depending on the product or service provided.
Equipment, Software & Processing Services
Payment processing approvals, merchant accounts, POS equipment, software subscriptions, and third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers and partners. Once equipment has been ordered, activated, delivered, or installed, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Merchant processing fees, transaction fees, chargeback fees, and other processing-related costs are generally non-refundable once transactions have been processed through the payment network.
If a merchant experiences an issue with equipment, software, or service functionality, Prime Point Payments will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, replacement, repair, or coordination with the appropriate provider before considering any refund request.
Refund Requests & Customer Support
We encourage customers to contact us immediately if they have concerns regarding a product, service, or billing matter. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the issue is discovered.
Prime Point Payments reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially approve refund requests based on service usage, equipment status, third-party obligations, and the circumstances surrounding the request.
